We apply the tips and know-how related to equipment cleaning, cultivated through pigment manufacturing and other processes, to spray dryers, maintaining a contamination-free environment. In particular, organic pigments possess strong coloring power in fine particles (less than 0.1 microns). Such fine particles can infiltrate the small gaps and scratches in equipment, often becoming a source of contamination. Although we do not process pigments in spray dryers, we continuously perform cleaning and sanitation of other equipment used for pigment processing, such as mixers and grinders. We apply the tips and know-how of machine cleaning gained from our core and longest-standing business of pigment manufacturing and processing to large equipment like spray dryers, ensuring an environment where our customers can confidently entrust their work to us.
