We apply the tips and know-how related to equipment cleaning, cultivated through pigment manufacturing and other processes, to spray dryers, maintaining a zero-contamination environment. In particular, organic pigments have strong coloring power in fine particles (less than 0.1 microns). Such fine particles can enter the small gaps and scratches of equipment, often becoming a source of contamination. Although we do not process pigments in spray dryers, we continuously clean and maintain other equipment used for pigment processing, such as mixers and grinders. By applying the tips and know-how of machine cleaning gained from our core and longest-standing business of pigment manufacturing and processing to the large equipment of spray dryers, we maintain an environment where our customers can confidently entrust their work to us.
