Additionally, in robotic polishing and grinding, the ability to control the contact pressure through the expansion and contraction of the ACF itself means that there is no need to move the heavy robotic arm for corrections, further assisting in improving the processing speed of robotic polishing. Furthermore, it automatically corrects for tool loads that vary due to gravity based on the robot's angle, ensuring a consistent contact pressure from any angle and enabling a finish without processing inconsistencies.
