Testing for specific raw materials follows the notification law, conducting screening tests (ELISA method) and confirmation tests (PCR method, Western blot method). We also reference the notification law for testing related materials. ◆ We propose four types of DNA extraction methods, including the original method, for the PCR method. In the "PCR method," which detects DNA, the choice of extraction method is a crucial point. In samples containing many substances that may inhibit testing, it can affect whether "valid results can be obtained."
