【Device Configuration & Basic Specifications】 ● Dip Coating - Two axes of elevation and tilt: Elevation speed range: 0.1 mm/s to 40 mm/s, variable in 0.1 mm/s increments Tilt speed (angular velocity) range: operable from 0.1°/s to 20°/s *Angular velocity depends on the elevation main axis. *Specifications may change depending on container size, shape, and processing volume. - Paint circulation: Depending on the characteristics of the paint, it is divided into a stirring type or a circulation pump overflow type. ● Blow or Liquid Absorption Pad - Blow: Blows away liquid that cannot be prevented by tilting treatment or liquid that drips after coating. - Liquid Absorption Pad: Applies the liquid absorption pad to the liquid accumulation area to absorb it. ● Drying Oven - Combination of hot air circulation method and IR (far infrared) method *Temperature is determined based on the conditions of the paint. Food containers mostly have complex shapes that are prone to liquid pooling. The key to keeping the container's appearance clean is to elevate and lower it at an angle that allows the paint to follow the complex shape without causing pooling. Our company has handled numerous complex-shaped substrates to date. Based on that experience, we manufacture devices for mass production that allow for free adjustment to any angle during elevation and lowering. The operation of the inclined elevation and lowering in two axes is fundamentally based on synchronous operation, where the elevation axis acts as the main axis and the inclined axis acts as the subordinate axis. Within the time set for the elevation distance and speed on the elevation axis, the angular velocity is calculated and moved to the angle set on the inclined axis.
