●From the overview of dip coating, we explain our precise speed control based on film thickness data regarding the uniform coating results at low-speed ranges (approximately 0.1 mm/sec to 3 mm/sec) and how to address the tendency for thicker films at the lower part of the coating surface due to the weight of the liquid during high-speed ranges (5 mm/sec and above).
●We explain the strength of dip coating, which is the "liquid followability," based on our precise lifting control aimed at achieving uniform coating on various workpiece shapes, using illustrations and film thickness data.
