This is an important point, and we believe it can be summarized in the following two aspects: - It should be clean: There should be minimal unevenness, drips, defects, accumulations, and deviations. - It should have sufficient durability: The substrate and the paint must adhere well to each other. While the performance of the coating film depends on the paint, these elements are essential for bringing out the paint's performance. We will explain the necessary processes and management elements. 1) Cleaning and modifying the substrate: To achieve cleanliness and good adhesion, cleaning the substrate is necessary. 2) Dipping: For three-dimensional, complex shapes, and heavy or large substrates, care must be taken to avoid paint following issues, rippling, and air entrapment. 3) Lifting: Speed, vibration, airflow, temperature and humidity, and paint management. 4) Drying: Convection of hot air and temperature profiles.
