This is a small particle size ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene powder that is spherical in shape, has a narrow particle size distribution, and excellent dispersibility compared to conventional ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. 【Characteristics】 ■ Spherical Small Particle Size The particle size is small, and the shape of the particles is spherical, providing excellent dispersibility. Average particle size is among the world's smallest, ranging from 10μ to 60μ. ■ Narrow Particle Size Distribution It boasts a narrower particle size distribution compared to other particles, resulting in less coarse fraction. ■ Wear Resistance By adding it to various substrates, it is possible to enhance the wear resistance of the substrate. ■ Lubricity By adding it to various substrates, it is possible to improve the lubricity of the substrate. ■ Chemical Resistance It has a molecular structure with high crystallinity, lacking functional groups, side chains, and double bonds.
