- It is primarily composed of special modified epoxy resin and has achieved 1000 hours in salt spray testing with excellent rust prevention capabilities. - It is compatible with both room temperature drying and baking drying (note: zinc phosphate treatment is required for baking drying). - It demonstrates outstanding effectiveness in protecting products in salt damage areas. - Thanks to excellent rheology control, thick film coatings are also possible. A film thickness of 50μ, which typically causes sagging in general epoxy paints, is not an issue. - Compared to typical primers, it has less absorption, significantly improving the finish of the topcoat. - It can adhere to a wide variety of metal materials, including SPCC-SD, zinc phosphate treated, electro-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized, zirconium treated steel plates, aluminum 6063, 5052, stainless steel 304, etc. - It is an environmentally friendly primer. It complies with PRTR, the Specific Chemical Substances Control Law, as well as the RoHS Directive and REACH regulations. An application for F☆☆☆☆ certification is also planned.
