Powder Coating Troubleshooting: Transparency (Ske)

We introduce measures to address issues such as the film thickness being too thin or the insufficient hiding power of the paint itself.

We will introduce troubleshooting for the phenomenon of "sheer" (suke), where the base material is visible due to insufficient film thickness, in contrast to sagging. If the cause is the insufficient hiding power of the paint itself, it is possible to address this by improving the paint (enhancing its hiding power). Additionally, in the case of reciprocating painting, there may be issues due to settings not being suitable for the shape of the object being painted and the line speed.
