Powder Coating Troubleshooting: Drips

We will introduce measures to address the issue of excessive film thickness caused by the substrate temperature being too high before painting!

We will introduce troubleshooting for the phenomenon of "dripping," where too much powder coating adheres to the coated object and causes it to drip. If the cause is excessive coating thickness during painting, it is possible to take measures by reconsidering the painting method (such as painting time, discharge amount, and working method). Additionally, there are measures for cases where the temperature of the object to be coated is too high before painting, resulting in excessive film thickness.
