We will introduce troubleshooting for the phenomenon of "Hajiki," where certain areas of the film appear to have a thinner film thickness as if repelled on the coating, or where patterns in patterned powder coatings become flattened. If the cause is dirt from conveyor chain oil or lubricants, it can be addressed by thoroughly cleaning the equipment.
