ACP-T475J Cross Cut Saw
A circular saw cutting machine that beautifully finishes and cuts sheet materials without the returning blade making contact with the material, using the box motion (BM) method.
The ACP-T475J cross-cut saw is a cutting machine designed to quickly cut long materials with a circular saw (chip saw). - Due to its circular saw box motion mechanism (blade rises and then retracts), the returning blade does not contact the material. - The down-cut method allows for stable cutting surfaces without burrs on the material. - The saw axis travel guide uses LM guides to maintain high running precision over a long period. - The saw axis travel employs an air-hydraulic system to achieve stable and beautiful cuts. - The front arm-less design improves workability. - We can also manufacture cross-cut saws equipped with automatic length-setting devices for continuous fixed-length cutting.
