The "TCA4-6C" is a tetra-arc type single crystal pulling device that has been developed in response to requests for an affordable tetra-arc furnace. It retains all the functions of the "TCA4-6 model" and the patented "arc current control," while omitting the getter function to achieve cost reduction and compactness. By integrating the pulling drive unit and the stainless steel chamber, the device is lightweight. It also allows for easy loading and unloading of samples.
