■Anti-Mucin Monoclonal Antibody HIK1083 M-GGMC-1 is a monoclonal antibody (IgM) that recognizes mucin produced and secreted by gastric gland mucous cells. The epitope includes a sugar chain with α-linked GlcNAc at the non-reducing end, and its tissue staining characteristics have been shown to closely match those of Paradoxical concanavalin A staining (type 3). It has been reported that M-GGMC-1 staining is positive in malignant adenoma of the cervix and well-differentiated alveolar carcinoma of the goblet cell type, indicating its high utility for early diagnosis of these diseases. ■Anti-Carbohydrate Antibody Series - These are monoclonal antibodies created using mammalian gastrointestinal mucin as the immunogen. - Each antibody recognizes the sugar chain structure (epitope) listed in the brochure. - They can be used for immunohistochemical staining and ELISA. - Due to their high purity, they can be directly labeled with enzymes or fluorescent markers.
