Low cost and high performance! Introducing our unique casting technology that integrates aluminum of the same material and melting point through one-piece casting.
Satokin has independently developed a casting technology that involves embedding aluminum pipes within castings using sand casting, allowing for fusion without melting the pipes. The key point is that the aluminum pipes are encapsulated within the product. Molten aluminum is poured into a sand mold containing aluminum pipes made of the same material and melting point, achieving close contact (fusion) without melting the pipes. Additionally, Satokin has also developed a unique casting technology that allows for the embedding of pure copper pipes within castings, achieving close contact (fusion). By replacing aluminum pipes with pure copper pipes, it has become possible to significantly improve thermal conductivity. **Features of the Aluminum Pipe Encapsulation Method:** - Aluminum pipes are encapsulated within the product. - Enables the production of hydraulic control components that are low-cost, high-performance, and excellent in recyclability. - Allows for the manufacturing of cast products that are processing-free, lightweight, high-rigidity, and highly recyclable. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

At Satokin, we are building a unique casting plan to achieve high-precision and high-quality sand casting for both small and large items. We specialize in aluminum and copper alloys, developing our original know-how in sand casting technology, including mold design and sand core design tailored to shapes and specifications, while also working daily on the development of new methods to further improve quality. We have a strong reputation for reliable quality, even for products that require high confidentiality and strict standards against casting defects. By using fine-grained sand molds, we achieve surface roughness comparable to that of metal molds and realize a wall thickness of 1.25 mm through our unique casting methods. 【Main Equipment】 Organic self-hardening sand regeneration treatment machine (alkali phenol) Continuous mixers: 3 units Molding lines: 2 lines (for large items, for small items) Melting furnaces: 5 units (copper alloy: 300kg, 680kg x 2; aluminum alloy: 200kg, 650kg x 2) Luminescent analysis device: 1 unit Three-dimensional measuring machine: 1 unit Fine cutter: 1 unit Vacuum pump: 1 unit Shot blast machines: 2 units (drum type, table type) Cranes: 4 units of 2.8t, 2 units of 1t (jib type)
