Satokin has independently developed a casting technology that involves embedding aluminum pipes within castings using sand casting, allowing for fusion without melting the pipes. The key point is that the aluminum pipes are encapsulated within the product. Molten aluminum is poured into a sand mold containing aluminum pipes made of the same material and melting point, achieving close contact (fusion) without melting the pipes. Additionally, Satokin has also developed a unique casting technology that allows for the embedding of pure copper pipes within castings, achieving close contact (fusion).
