Satokin has independently developed the "casting technology" using sand casting. This technology involves pouring molten aluminum into aluminum pipes of the same material and melting point that are set in a sand mold, allowing them to bond (fuse) without melting the aluminum pipes. The key point is that the aluminum pipes are cast within the product. With this technological development, the need for hole processing for hydraulic control, which was required in conventional products, has been eliminated, enabling the manufacture of hydraulic control components that are low-cost, high-performance, and excellent in recyclability.
