[Example] 400L Jacketed Container with Mixer, Temperature Control, Frame, and Piping

Containers, pumps, and control panels on a single cart! Circulates warm water to maintain the internal solution at a constant temperature.

We would like to introduce a case where we manufactured custom storage and discharge containers at the request of a food manufacturer. A 400L stainless steel jacketed container was equipped with a stirrer, pump, and level sensor. Hot water is circulated within the jacket using a temperature control unit to maintain the internal solution at a constant temperature. The container, pump, and control panel are mounted on a single cart for easy mobility. 【Case Overview】 - Connect an external temperature sensor to the temperature control unit to manage the temperature of the internal solution, and use the stirrer to ensure uniform temperature throughout the solution. - By using an ultrasonic level sensor, the level can be measured without contact with the internal solution. - The pump is used for transferring liquid to the next process. - The control panel manages the ON/OFF operation and speed adjustment of the pump and stirrer, as well as displays the liquid level. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
