We would like to introduce a case where a custom pressure vessel was manufactured at the request of a pharmaceutical manufacturer. This vessel is designed to dissolve powders and liquids, degas, and transfer the contents to other equipment. The internal state of the vessel can be checked through a viewing window, which is equipped with a light for illumination and a wiper. 【Case Overview】 - Powder materials are gradually added to the liquid inside the vessel from an eccentric hopper with a butterfly bubble. - The added contents are heated with warm water circulated through a jacket. - The heated contents are mixed using upper and lower stirrers. - Bubbles formed during stirring are degassed under reduced pressure. - The resulting solution is transferred to other equipment through a tube strainer. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. *Other cases can be viewed from the "PDF Download" section.
