The ISI series is a control panel specifically designed for interlock control between doors. It offers five types of configurations based on the number of doors used, ranging from simple interlocks for two pairs of doors to complex settings for up to eight pairs of doors, including options for two, four, eight, sixteen, and thirty-two pairs. You can choose according to the installation situation. 【ISI-4 / ISI-8】 Interlock Control Panel Capable of Supporting Up to Eight Sets of Doors Complex interlocks with three or more sets can be easily configured on-site. It can also accommodate sudden changes in settings and is very compact even for multiple units. By using dedicated optional terminals, it can handle complex interlocks involving multiple units, including automatic doors. With ISI-4 and ISI-8, settings can be easily configured on-site using dip switches. (Patent obtained) 【ISI-16 / ISI-32】 Interlock Control Panel Capable of Supporting Up to Thirty-Two Sets of Doors Complex interlocks with up to 32 sets can also be easily configured on-site. By using dedicated optional terminals, it can handle complex interlocks involving multiple units, including automatic doors. *ISI-4, ISI-8, ISI-16, and ISI-32 are only available in exposed type.

Additionally, even if we don't have stock, we are not using PLCs that tend to have supply shortages for parts, so there is currently no situation of "undetermined delivery date due to parts supply shortages" (as of July 2022).

Various utilization methods! Interlock control like this is also possible. ◇Air Conditioning Units Interlock with indoor air conditioning units that control air pressure management. In rooms where air conditioning is controlled to maintain a constant "air pressure" indoors, opening the door causes a drop in pressure, prompting the air conditioning unit to increase its output to compensate for the pressure difference. By sending a signal (door open signal) indicating "the door is open" from the door to the control panel and then to the air conditioning unit, we can prevent the output from increasing when the door is opened. When the door is closed, a signal (door closed signal) is sent to return to normal control. Interlock control that prevents excessive operation due to door opening and closing is also possible. ◇AGV Interlock control essential for factory automation where unmanned transport vehicles can open doors themselves. ◇Timer Interlock control with timer function to absolutely protect the cleaning space (clean room). ◇Gremon Lock Detects insufficient tightening of the Gremon lock!
