<Equipment Overview> - This machine sorts raw materials supplied on the drum into magnetic and non-magnetic materials. - Magnetic materials in the raw materials are adsorbed onto the surface of the drum, transported by the rotation of the drum, and discharged from the magnetic material outlet. Non-magnetic materials separate from the drum surface and fall off, being discharged from the non-magnetic material outlet. <Features> 1. Thanks to our unique magnetic pole arrangement: - Adsorption efficiency is high. - Separation efficiency (cleaning effect) is high. 2. <Equipment Structure> - The presence of a feeder promotes the dispersion of raw materials and reduces direct impact on the drum. - Permanent magnets are arranged inside the drum so that approximately half of the drum's circumference creates a magnetic field. - The shaft supporting the internal magnets is fixed, allowing only the outer drum to rotate. - The position of the magnetic poles (circumferential direction) and the angle of the separation plate can be adjusted as needed according to processing conditions.
