The position of the magnetic poles (in the circumferential direction) and the angle of the separator can be arbitrarily changed to match the processing conditions.
<Equipment Overview> - This machine is designed to separate magnetic and non-magnetic materials from raw materials supplied onto a drum. - The magnetic materials in the raw materials are attracted to the surface of the drum, transported by the rotation of the drum, and discharged from the magnetic material outlet. Non-magnetic materials detach from the drum surface and fall off, being discharged from the non-magnetic material outlet. <Features> 1. Due to our company's unique magnetic pole arrangement: - The adsorption efficiency is high. - The separation efficiency (cleaning effect) is high. 2. Compared to electromagnetic types, it has a simpler structure and handling, and consumes less power.

basic information
<Equipment Structure> - The presence of a feeder promotes the dispersion of raw materials and reduces direct impact on the drum from the materials. - Permanent magnets are arranged inside the drum so that approximately half of the drum creates a magnetic field. - The shaft supporting the internal group of magnets is fixed, allowing only the outer drum to rotate. - The position of the magnetic poles (in the circumferential direction) and the angle of the separation plate can be adjusted as needed to match processing conditions.
