High-speed rotation specifications and hybrid electromagnetic permanent magnet types suitable for the recovery of large magnetic materials can also be manufactured!
<Equipment Overview> - This machine sorts raw materials supplied on a drum into magnetic and non-magnetic materials. - The magnetic materials in the raw materials are attracted to the surface of the drum, transported by the rotation of the drum, and discharged from the magnetic material outlet. Non-magnetic materials separate from the drum surface and fall off, being discharged from the non-magnetic material outlet. - It is also possible to manufacture a model with a vibrating feeder for uniform and quantitative supply relative to the effective width of the magnetic drum. - High-speed rotation models using FRP drums instead of stainless steel drums, as well as electromagnetic and permanent magnet combined types suitable for recovering large magnetic materials, can also be manufactured. (Special type) <Features> 1. Due to our unique magnetic pole arrangement: - High adsorption efficiency. - High separation efficiency (cleaning effect). 2. Compared to electromagnetic types, the structure and handling are simpler, and power consumption is lower. *For more details, please download the materials or feel free to contact us.
