Applications/Examples of results
- MSF-Supplement A can be used in combination with MSF-BM for culture in low serum conditions (final concentration 2%). It can be used for adipose-derived MSCs, bone marrow-derived MSCs, and dedifferentiated adipocytes from ceiling culture. - MSH is a serum-free medium that does not contain components derived from other animal species (xeno-free). It allows for the proliferation of human mesenchymal stem cells while maintaining their differentiation potential. It shows superior proliferation compared to 20% FBS supplemented αMEM medium. - MSH-EV is a fully synthetic medium (chemically defined) for the production of exosomes from human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). It can support both expansion culture and exosome production in the same medium.
