We would like to introduce a case study confirming the effectiveness of treating Cu and Cd in on-site water using chelating resin. The facility was struggling with the desire to "lower and stabilize the values of Cu and Cd in the on-site water generated at the site," and the challenge was whether the chelating resin could achieve a lower and more stable treatment. Currently, the generated on-site water is stored in a reservoir, and treatment is performed by adding neutralizing agents and coagulants, but they were considering whether there might be a better treatment method. In response, Muromachi Chemical proposed "conducting actual treatment data acquisition using a testing machine on-site with chelating resin."
