<Equipment Overview> - This machine is designed to sort raw materials supplied onto a drum into magnetic and non-magnetic materials. - The magnetic materials in the raw materials are attracted to the surface of the drum, transported by the rotation of the drum, and discharged from the magnetic material outlet. Non-magnetic materials separate from the drum surface, fall off, and are discharged from the non-magnetic material outlet. <Features> 1. Due to our unique magnetic pole arrangement: - High adsorption efficiency. - High separation efficiency (cleaning effect). 2. Compared to electromagnetic types, it has a simpler structure and handling, and consumes less power.

<Equipment Structure> - The installation of a feeder promotes the dispersion of raw materials and reduces direct impact on the drum from the raw materials. - Permanent magnets are arranged inside the drum so that approximately half of the drum's circumference creates a magnetic field. - The shaft supporting the internal group of magnets is fixed, allowing only the outer drum to rotate. - The position of the magnetic poles (in the circumferential direction) and the angle of the separation plate can be adjusted as needed to match the processing conditions.
