Shaft repair thermal spraying (pellet granulator)

A thermal spray coating of 13Cr type will be applied to repair the shaft of the pellet granulator.

This is an introduction to the restoration thermal spraying of shafts for pelletizing machines by Kōei Techno System Co., Ltd., which conducts research and development aimed at enhancing the quality of parts, improving wear resistance, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance, similar to preventive healthcare, with a focus on the repair, regeneration, extension of life, and maintenance of components. It is a machine that converts waste, powders, and other difficult-to-handle waste into pellets (granulated products). By pelletizing, it simplifies the handling for reuse or disposal, allows for efficient combustion as fuel, and reduces costs for storage, transportation, and shipping. For standard products, we apply thermal spraying using 13Cr series stainless steel. We use materials that have high wear resistance and excellent versatility.
