This is a bag loader for filling bulk bags that can be used regardless of the presence of an inner liner.
The "BFM(R) Bag Loader for FIBC" is a product that enables clean and efficient filling. It is equipped with a three-layer filling head that is completely covered with a stainless steel tube and SeaFlex polyurethane resin. Additionally, it comes with an 8mm air injection plug that connects to the air pressure line, allowing the robust and flexible outer layer to be inflated with air pressure. It can be used with either type of FIBC, regardless of whether a liner (inner bag) is present. 【Features】 ■ The inner and outer sleeves are made of durable "SeaFlex" polyurethane resin. ■ A stainless steel core tube wrapped in a SeaFlex sleeve. ■ The lower end features a stainless steel ring wrapped in the sleeve. ■ An 8mm L-shaped compressed air inlet (with reinforced mounting section). ■ Inflates in seconds and fits securely to the neck of the FIBC. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
