Advantech's "SQR-SD4E" is designed using Micron's proprietary industrial-grade DRAM IC and a 30μ inch golden finger PCB, achieving an operating temperature range of "-40 to 125℃". Additionally, to ensure reliability, it has passed rigorous long-duration burn-in tests and stress tests. Furthermore, it supports SODIMM with capacities of 8GB/16GB/32GB and a data transfer speed of 3200MT/s. To meet the requirements of critical industrial applications, it simultaneously satisfies robustness and performance requirements. The underfill technology enhances structural support between the DRAM chip and the substrate, effectively reducing edge stress. Moreover, protection against moisture and other environmental factors is also enhanced, improving the stability and durability of the memory module. The SQR-SD4E SQRAM offers a variety of heat sink solutions to accommodate a wide range of applications. By adding a heat sink, it dissipates more heat and avoids overheating during operation, thereby keeping the module's temperature sufficiently low.
