Cutting multiple layers at once with straight cuts! The main unit uses a vertical blade cutting machine equipped with a servo motor.

The "AKS-2500" is a device designed for linear cutting of large quantities of stacked paper, non-woven fabric, sponge, etc., all at once. The outer diameter of the spool winding device can be adjusted to match the total length of the material being unwound. The cutting material is wrapped around a high-speed rotating spool-shaped drum, which stops after the number of layers has been reached. A portion is then cut open, and the material is unwound (manually) to the cutting area, in conjunction with the spool winding device.
