This device can use various thermal fluids, allowing for the use of many tempering devices for cooling or heating. If liquid nitrogen is chosen for cooling, it is necessary to expand the main unit using the optional extension device, the Cryopad. The innovative Cryopad technology allows for the selection and control of specific cooling temperatures in the grinding process within the range of -100 to 0°C.
