This is an example of creating a threshold calculation program in Python and enhancing and automating it using statistical methods and machine learning.
We would like to introduce a case study of the quality inspection conducted by our company on automotive parts inverter circuit boards. We selected data for distribution estimation using an anomaly detection model, and performed distribution estimation and threshold calculation tailored to each inspection item using statistical methods.
