The MPA-100 is a highly integrated rack-mounted model of a pigtail-type photodetector array capable of monitoring up to 80 channels. It monitors multiple optical power signals input from MPO/MTP multi-core connectors. Additionally, by stacking 10 MPA-100 units, it is possible to monitor up to 800 channels. Depending on the wavelength range used, two types of photodetectors are available: a Si type for the 850 nm band and an InGaAs type for the 1260 to 1610 nm band.
