The FPI 100 is a scanning interferometer that integrates a confocal Fabry-Pérot type interferometer and a detector unit into a sturdy and compact aluminum housing. It can be used as a spectral analyzer that combines the advantages of the scanning Fabry-Pérot interferometer, which is established as a method for spectral analysis of CW light, and the confocal optical system that enables high resolution and easy operation. The FPI offers various mirror sets and photodetectors for a wavelength range of 330 to 3000 nm. It adopts high-reflectivity mirrors with a reflectance of 99.8% as standard, achieving a finesse of over 400.
