Mold casting with excellent pressure resistance and strength.
Die casting is a casting method that uses molds made of cast iron or heat-resistant alloy steel for shaping. Unlike the die casting method, which injects molten metal at high pressure and speed, it is also referred to as gravity die casting because it relies solely on the force of gravity to cast the molten metal.

basic information
1. Excellent pressure resistance and strength in mold casting Mold casting, compared to sand casting, has a faster cooling speed during solidification, resulting in a denser internal structure. This makes it suitable for manufacturing products that require pressure resistance, such as machine tools and air brakes, as well as products that require strength and toughness, such as automobile bodies and construction machinery. 2. High freedom in casting production using cores Similar to sand casting, the use of shell cores allows for the integration of products, enabling cost reduction through a decrease in the number of parts and assembly work. 3. Multi-material production to meet required materials and quantities Our mold casting can produce using multiple crucibles with melting capacities ranging from 280kg to 450kg. Additionally, the casting machines are general-purpose equipment that can be easily rearranged, allowing us to respond to customer needs with the required materials and quantities.

Company information
Our company, while originating from sand casting, is also an enterprise with extensive experience in mold gravity casting and die casting methods. With the knowledge and experience we have cultivated so far, we propose aluminum conversion and suitable methods from other materials. We aim to create a workplace and workforce that can clearly communicate the advantages of each method to our customers. Additionally, we will continue to strengthen the manufacturing of aluminum castings and work on research and development of new materials centered around aluminum, which has excellent recyclability, as well as the introduction of surrounding technologies.
