We would like to introduce a case study on the production of molds for caps and containers that we conducted. Caps are products with a very low unit price, making it difficult to generate profit without mass production, so we were consulted on proposals to reduce costs. Since dynamic assurance of multi-stage punching and accumulated mold design know-how are required, we participate in product design reviews from the development stage and carry out mold production considering flow analysis and weld countermeasures.
