Measures against manganese "Aqua Fine" sends algal blooms that proliferate in the surface layer down to deeper water, inhibiting their growth by blocking photosynthesis. Additionally, it transports oxygen-rich surface water, which is abundant in oxygen, to the bottom layer where oxygen is most needed, thus resolving the hypoxia issue.
