Our floating oil recovery device, the "Floating Weir Type Oil Recovery Device Elimina," allows for a significant increase in oil recovery volume (speed) compared to conventional weir systems. While larger recovery pumps can enable the collection of more oil, they also result in the recovery of large amounts of water. As a result, all components such as pumps, tanks, oil-water separation devices, and generators become larger, leading to increased space requirements and costs. The "Floating Weir Type Oil Recovery Device Elimina" incorporates the aforementioned oil-water separation function and divides the functions of large pumps into small horsepower drainage wings (requiring only a few dozen watts for 50 m³/h) and small oil pumps, enabling the entire system to be compact. This allows us to provide a space-saving solution at a reduced cost. Hydraulic testing equipment (hydraulic experimental equipment) is designed for conducting hydraulic experiments in the fields of civil engineering, coastal engineering, and shipbuilding. Our company designs and manufactures wave generation devices for two-dimensional model experiments. With years of fluid technology experience in the shipbuilding industry, we can produce various flow generation devices tailored to customer needs, including circulating flows, tidal currents, tsunamis, step waves, and tides. We design, manufacture, and construct various hydraulic testing devices according to your requirements. The wave generation device for two-dimensional water tanks can easily generate regular and irregular waves through digital control via a computer. *Irregular waves can be set with any desired spectrum, and there are also types that have the function of absorbing reflected waves. As peripheral equipment, we also offer computer systems for wave generation, data collection, and analysis, as well as measurement carts. Additionally, we conduct experiments using wave generators, so we also accommodate requests for testing or experimentation only.

Our cross-flow water turbine for small hydropower generation is equipped with a flow adjustment mechanism (guide vanes), allowing for stable power generation with a simple structure and easy maintenance. The dimensions of the turbine (diameter, width) are determined based on the flow rate and effective head. After that, a prototype is manufactured, and performance tests are conducted under conditions similar to the actual hydraulic environment to verify power generation performance. We have a dedicated water tank for the development of small hydropower generation systems. We use up to three 55 kW pumps as the flow generation device, combined with a 55 kW generator to conduct performance verification tests of the turbine. By using this water tank, we can confirm the power generation performance of the actual unit. Our company was founded by engineers from a shipyard who started their own business. We have applied the fluid machinery technology developed in shipbuilding to small hydropower generation. We can offer cross-flow turbines under 50 kW at a low price. Additionally, we are flexible in customizing to meet our customers' requirements. Measures against manganese "Aqua Fine" sends algal blooms that proliferate in the surface layer down to deeper water, inhibiting their growth by blocking photosynthesis. Additionally, it transports oxygen-rich surface water, which is abundant in oxygen, to the bottom layer where oxygen is most needed, thus resolving the hypoxia issue. In traditional weir systems, if you want to increase the amount (speed) of oil recovery, you need to attach a large recovery pump, which results in recovering a large volume of oil but also a large volume of water, leading to all components such as pumps, tanks, oil-water separation devices, and generators becoming larger. In this device, the aforementioned oil-water separation function is added, and by dividing the function of a large pump into a low-power drainage wing (requiring only a few tens of watts for 50 m³/h) and a small oil pump, it becomes possible to miniaturize the entire system.

"Aqua Fine" is a device that sends algae proliferating on the surface to deeper water depths, thereby suppressing the occurrence of algae.
