Detection and Sizing of Cracks in Carbon Steel Welds Eddyfi Sharck is developed based on the Tangential ECA (TECA) technology designed for crack inspection in carbon steel. It can not only detect surface-opening cracks and evaluate their length but also measure crack depth up to 7 mm (0.28 inches). Corrosion Assessment of Aluminum and Stainless Steel Tank Floors The semi-flexible ECA probe can adapt to the curvature of tank floors and other shape variations, providing sufficient power to scan thick aluminum/stainless steel (thickness over 6.35 mm). Corrosion Assessment of Piping and Tanks Made of Ferromagnetic Materials The MFL (Magnetic Flux Leakage) pipe scan can adapt to a wide range of diameters (from 48 mm to flat surfaces). By using the MFL option, you can fully leverage the versatility of REDDY to quickly screen for signs of corrosion across a broad range. Detection and Evaluation of Stress Corrosion Cracking in Base Materials The Eddyfi I-Flex ECA probe is the most versatile in the industry and can accommodate a variety of applications.
