Significant harvest increase by utilizing agricultural irrigation! Case study of the Ultra Pump introduction.
We would like to introduce a case study of the "Ultra Pump UFB320EA" implemented at Kanto Koshin Kubota Co., Ltd. By utilizing it for agricultural irrigation, there has been a significant increase in harvests, and growth is promoted, leading to an earlier harvest period. This product has been widely adopted for agricultural irrigation, from small-scale farmers to large-scale farmers. In a mini tomato greenhouse, a total yield increase of 131% was achieved over approximately four months. [Case Examples] ■ Case in a Mini Tomato Greenhouse (Hydroponics) - A total yield increase of 131% was achieved over approximately four months. - With UFB, harvesting was completed one week earlier, and the final harvest amount also increased. ■ Case with Green Leaf Lettuce (Hydroponics) - Increased leaf count and weight. - The time to reach the optimal harvest period was shortened by 4 to 5 days. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

"Ultrafine bubbles (UFB)" are utilized in various fields such as agriculture, fisheries, home appliances, medical care, various industries, and energy-related industries. "Fine bubbles" are classified into two types based on bubble size: micro-sized "microbubbles (Micro-Bubble: MB)" and nano-sized "ultrafine bubbles (Ultrafine-Bubble: UFB)" (previously referred to as "nanobubbles"). These bubbles not only differ in size but also possess various characteristics that are distinct from the millimeter-sized bubbles (millibubbles) typically seen. Our developed UFB generation device, the "Shibata Engine," adopted by major home appliance manufacturers, produces ultra-fine bubbles with a central diameter of 100 nm at high concentration with a single pass at tap water pressure. It is supplied to various industries, including home appliances, showerheads, and cleaning devices, as well as agriculture and food processing. [Features] - Can be integrated into existing products, equipment, and piping, and can also be utilized as components. - Capable of producing functional water such as ozone, oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, and nitrogen through gas-liquid mixing. - Compact and lightweight, allowing it to be used as a component in home appliances, various pumps, water supply systems, showers, etc. - Customizable according to pressure and flow rate.
