Shibata Corporation's Fine Bubble Division will exhibit at the "2023 Cleaning Comprehensive Exhibition" held at Tokyo Big Sight, West Hall, from November 29 (Wednesday) to December 1 (Friday), 2023. Additionally, on December 1 (Friday), our Fine Bubble Division Manager, Daiki Suzuki, will speak at the FBIA seminar held within the exhibition titled "Fine Bubble Application Technology - Industrial Cleaning Technology and Application Cases." In this seminar, we will discuss the cleaning application case of the "Shibata Engine," an ultra-fine bubble generation device. Our company has been developing UFB generation devices for over 15 years, and we have commercialized the "Shibata Engine," which can easily generate UFB by passing water through it just once, without the need for power supply or gas supply. It has been adopted in various industries. In December, we will launch a new product, the "High Flow Model." While our previous product lineup has focused on compact products, we have scaled up to achieve a flow rate more than ten times that of conventional products, with order acceptance expected to begin in December. At the exhibition, we will showcase the various lineups of the "Shibata Engine."

Shibata Corporation and Maruyama Manufacturing Co., Ltd. have established a new company, "Fine Bubble Tech Co., Ltd.," to research and develop fine bubble products, which began operations on October 1, 2022. Ultra-fine bubbles are environmentally friendly and are expected to contribute to the SDGs, leading to their application in various industrial sectors. There is a growing demand for products that not only generate ultra-fine bubbles but also incorporate complex technologies tailored to specific applications. To meet such market demands, "Fine Bubble Tech" will utilize Shibata's ultra-fine bubble generation technology and the expertise accumulated by Maruyama Manufacturing to conduct research and development of new fine bubble products.
