We have manufactured a custom wide drawer for a printing company to store printed materials and films.
Due to the large size of the printing film, it does not fit on the shelves currently in use, so you requested a custom-made product with your desired dimensions. In this meeting, we first determined the internal dimensions of the drawers to accommodate your preferred size, and from there, we gathered your requests regarding the external dimensions of the wide drawer and other specifications (such as including casters and changing the number of drawer tiers) to lead to the completion of the product. The design includes an all-locking key feature, so by simply locking the key on the top drawer, all drawers are secured, ensuring a focus on security. Additionally, we can create partition boards inside the drawers according to your requests, and for this project, we made a vertical two-partition in the center of the drawer. The partition boards are removable, allowing you to take them out and use them as needed for each drawer.
