Actively using refrigerator panels! A case designed with the theme of a factory where workers can relax.
We would like to introduce a case study of a new construction project for a food factory. This factory is a new facility built due to the aging of an existing factory that supplies bento boxes to convenience stores. Our company conducted the basic design and held a competition aimed at utilizing the general contractor's know-how in construction cost reduction in the design. After the general contractor was confirmed, our company oversaw the detailed design and design management. For the internal partitions, we actively used refrigerated panels suitable for low-temperature management in the manufacturing area. Additionally, the design of the façade takes into consideration the surrounding plans, such as the presence of an outlet mall directly across from the construction site. The layout of the approach stairs and break room is designed with the theme of creating a factory where workers can feel at ease. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
