Coordination of the landscape with surrounding areas! A case where our company conducted supervision of the detailed design and design management.

We would like to introduce a case of a new factory built due to the aging of an existing factory of a food company that supplies bento to convenience stores. The internal partitions actively use refrigerator panels suitable for low-temperature management in the manufacturing room. Additionally, the facade design takes into consideration the surrounding plans, such as the presence of an outlet mall directly across from the construction site. The layout of the approach stairs and break rooms is designed with the theme of creating a factory where workers can feel at ease.
