basic information
- The deoxygenation agent is placed in the reservoir tank of the controller to create an anaerobic environment inside the tank, and mixed with air via an electromagnetic valve to generate low-oxygen gas at the set concentration. - The low-oxygen gas is circulated within a super-small culture chamber using a pump to achieve a low-oxygen environment. - CO2 is supplied from a cartridge smaller than a plastic bottle and mixed to 5%. - The chamber is kept warm with a transparent glass heater installed on the top surface of the chamber.

Detailed information
-
The cultivation chamber "CH140T" can hold one well plate. It has high gas barrier properties.
-
The lid of the cultivation chamber "CH140T" is open. It can be easily opened and closed with a cantilever.
-
The cultivation chamber "CH070T" has a cover glass with a diameter of 18mm that is exposed from the bottom, allowing for oil immersion observation. The dimensions of the housing are the same as those of a well plate, measuring 85mm x 127mm, so it fits into a universal plate holder without modification.
-
The lid of the cultivation chamber "CH070T" is in an open state. It can be easily opened and closed with a cantilever. The oil immersion-compatible insert can be separated from the chamber and used independently.
-
We compared the sizes of the cultivation chambers "CH140T" (left) and "CH070T" (right).
-
On the back of the control device BH053A, there is a lid for the gas reservoir that holds the deoxidizer. The oxygen sensor is installed just before the mixed gas returns from the chamber to the control device, measuring the oxygen concentration of the gas that has exited the chamber.
-
It can be mounted on the Keyence fluorescent microscope BZ-X800. Live cell observation in hypoxic environments can be easily conducted. By swapping the bottom unit, it can also be mounted on other microscopes.

Our company manufactures and sells transparent glass heaters. They remain transparent even when heated, allowing for observation of the object being heated. The transparent glass heater can be heated up to 200°C and will not break even with rapid temperature changes. The temperature distribution across the surface is uniform, enabling precise temperature control in low-temperature ranges around 40°C, which is suitable for applications such as cell culture. We offer a variety of standard units, including panel shapes, which can be used immediately upon arrival. In the bio, medical, and chemical fields, we incorporate transparent glass heaters into various heating devices and produce custom applications. They can be used in applications requiring precise temperature control, such as microreactors, cell culture devices, and slide glass heaters. Blast Corporation provides comprehensive thermal solutions, including temperature control and integration, centered around transparent glass heaters.
