Management of fluorocarbons is digital, not paper-based! Introduction to measures for the Fluorocarbon Emission Control Law.
We would like to introduce our refrigerant emission reduction measure, the "ENV System." In April 2020, a legal amendment was made, mandating thorough recovery of refrigerant gas before equipment disposal, strict operation of process management records, and the obligation to retain process management records and inspection maintenance logs for three years after disposal. Recently, there has been an increase in building owners showing interest in refrigerant management and demanding proper management from management companies. If you have concerns such as "I don't know the specific inspection methods" or "There are no qualified personnel for refrigerant handling," please leave it to us. [Key Points] - The government is taking the low recovery rate during refrigerant disposal seriously. - Regulations have become stricter, especially at the time of disposal. - Compliance checks for refrigerant emission reduction measures during ISO 14001 maintenance audits have become more stringent. - The Ministry of the Environment has stated that digital management of refrigerants is desirable. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Until now, on-site work has been analog, and the workload for craftsmen and staff has been heavy. After finishing on-site tasks, they also have to deal with cleanup, photos, and document organization, leading to a situation that contradicts the establishment of a "work-life balance" with regular overtime and a one-day weekend system. Amid concerns about future labor shortages, the catalyst for the full-scale digital transformation (DX) of on-site work was the "Fluorocarbon Emission Control Law," enacted in 2015. When it became legally mandated to manage and inspect fluorocarbons, various organizations began to venture into the maintenance and management of refrigerants in pursuit of new business opportunities. However, the complexity of the "Fluorocarbon Emission Control Law," the need for detailed compliance, and the revisions aimed at stricter penalties led many organizations to abandon these efforts due to the associated burdens. In this context, our company did not give up on realizing DX on-site and, with a strong desire to promote operational efficiency, established the Refrigerant Comprehensive Management Center (ENV) as a general incorporated association, leading to the independent development of a cloud system. Now, not only our company but also many other sites can utilize this system, allowing us to contribute to the establishment of "work-life balance" across the industry as a leading authority in the maintenance and management of air conditioning equipment.
