This is the release of the GEN2 series, which has further evolved from the GEN1 series. It features a super junction structure that surpasses the characteristic limits of silicon limits. While new materials for power semiconductors are emerging, our company has focused on developing GEN2 by lowering the PN pitch even with existing silicon materials, emphasizing that we can still "evolve characteristics!" By incorporating our expertise in deep trench structures and minimizing gate charge Qg as much as possible, we have achieved a highly energy-efficient device. In fact, in evaluations of power consumption in power modules compared to other companies' products, the GEN2 products showed a visible difference with Δ-0.5W at AC90V and Δ-0.1W at AC100~264V, confirming our ability to reduce power consumption.
