The Biostat RM TX system consists of an automated control unit (based on Sartorius' well-established Biostat B) and a rocking platform, gently stirring single-use Flexsafe RM TX bags. The Biostat RM TX can be used for the ex vivo expansion of patient-specific T cells or other types of immune cells, making it suitable for process development and the proliferation of related cells. This system allows for the use of fed-batch or perfusion processes, or a combination of multiple culture modes.
