A dry release film is formed on the surface of the mold. Release properties are significantly improved, and cleaning of the molded products is unnecessary. It is non-flammable and safe, plus it can be easily applied. It does not contain silicone-based compounds.
The "FloroSurf FG-5093" is a fluorine-based dry mold release agent. It is free of silicone, preventing contamination of molded products, and eliminates the need for cleaning the molded items. No regulated substances such as PFOS or PFOA are used. Additionally, it is not classified as a VOC. By applying it, the adhesion of the surface molding resin is reduced, demonstrating excellent release properties even for complex and precise shapes. It is particularly effective in situations where conventional release agents fail to work properly.
