The "high pH alkaline ion water generation device" is capable of producing high pH alkaline ion water with a pH of 13.2 at a rate of 80L to 240L per day without any waste liquid. High pH alkaline ion water has characteristics such as [high permeability], [cooling properties], [prevention of water decay], and [cleaning power], which improve processing efficiency simply by mixing it with coolant (cutting oil) during cutting and grinding. Additionally, the high cooling effect reduces the friction heat generated during processing, leading to an extension of tool life.
